Work/Life Integration

As a professional, you are encouraged to take an active role in scheduling your time commitments and meeting the needs of your clients. This flexibility gives you the ability to attend important personal and family activities that occur during normal business hours.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
Elliott Davis provides you with a generous paid time off plan to accommodate your personal needs including vacations, illnesses and emergencies. New team members receive up to 26 days of annual PTO.

Holidays
You will be eligible for eight paid holidays each year, including one floating holiday.

Medical And Dental Coverage

The firm substantially subsidizes the cost of medical and dental coverage for employees working 30 hours or more and their eligible dependents. Employees may choose from three plans. Coverage is effective the first day of the month following employment and includes:

  • Preventive Care
  • Well Baby Care
  • Dental
  • Prescription Drug Card

Vision Care
An attractive package is available through the VSP network. This optional benefit is available for purchase for team members and their dependents.

401(k) Plan

Team members are eligible to contribute pre-tax salary deferrals into the plan the first day of the month following six months of continuing employment. The firm makes a monthly matching contribution of up to 3.5% based on an employee's contribution. Employees become 100% vested in the employer's matching contribution after 2 years of employment. Funds in the team member's 401(k) account may be invested in one or more of several options.

Learning And Development

Team member growth and development is fostered at Elliott Davis. The firm provides each employee with an opportunity to continue development by funding courses and seminars designated to assist with development.

Disability Insurance

Short Term
The firm pays the costs to compensate team members during short-term disabilities up to 90 days.

Long Term
After 90 days of disability, our long-term disability insurance policy provides income at 60% of base salary to a maximum of $5,000 per month. The firm pays the premium costs.

Long Term Care
This optional benefit will provide coverage for you should you need assistance with two or more Activities of Daily Living - such as dressing, bathing, eating, moving about, etc. Care could be provided in the home, in an assisted living or residential care facility, or a skilled nursing facility.

Life Insurance

The amount of coverage for eligible team members is two times annual salary. There is an equal amount of accidental death & dismemberment coverage. The firm pays the premium cost.

Cafeteria (Flex 125) Plan

Employees have the opportunity to pay for non-reimbursed medical expenses and dependent care expenses through a Section 125 flex spending plan. This plan allows the firm to make a pre-tax salary reduction stipulated by the team member.

College Savings 529 Plan

Created to offer significant tax advantages to those who invest for higher education, the Virginia College Saving Plan offers 21 funds in which to choose. Because team members participate in a group plan, there are no initial sales charges.

Recreational Events

Team members enjoy events throughout the year, such as holiday parties, family picnics, appreciation celebrations, and sporting outings.
